保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產品介紹 ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters are an evolutionarily conserved family of widely-expressed proteins that use ATP hydrolysis to catalyze the transport of various molecules across extracellular and intracellular membranes. As the largest family of transmembrane proteins, ABC genes comprise several subfamilies. Eukaryotic ABC transporters are largely responsible for trafficking hydrophobic compounds either within the cell, as part of a metabolic process, or outside the cell, for transport to other organs or for secretion from the body. ABCF2 in particular plays a putative role in tumor suppression at metastatic sites and in the endocrine pathway for breast cancer and may be a prognostic marker for clear cell ovarian adenocarcinoma.
Function : ABCF 2 is a member of the ABC Transporter superfamily and of the GCN20 subfamily. As a member of the ABC Transporter family, it functions to transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes.
